被streamyx折磨了一个多月后，终于狠狠地炒了它鱿鱼！
越来越好、越来越新颖、越来越update是当今的服务态度，但偏偏我国的streamyx宽频，不但没有upgrade，反而是downgrade了！与朋友聊起，没有多少人不是骂到乱的！
上网频路太慢，已是够气人的了，我的还夸张到，完全无法connect，晚晚瞪着modem瞧，看它何时何分突然乖乖连线了，才能上网，却往往接驳不足5分钟，又disconnected，气得我想立即把modem给砸了！！！
幸运凑巧的，本意取消家用Celcom Broadband的哥哥，把配套转让了给我，省却了大家终止与申请的麻烦。可随身携带的宽频，也方便我回乡之时，随时可上网，这是fixed line无法给与的服务哦！
使用了新Celcom宽频宠儿好几天，感觉蛮好的，顺顺利利，没有ka ka cau cau了！同事查检后还发现，上线下载等等的速度，都比streamyx快好多呢！希望宠儿乖乖听话，不要再激我才好！
现在头痛的是，家用电话线和streamyx户头需要亲身前往TM Point才能进行终止，工作时间又无法抽空，逼于暂时得同时支付telekom， streamyx和celcom的费用！

Congrats finally you are out from this torturing streamyx aka screamyx line.you are right almost 99% of the people using streamyx also complains about the line . How I wish I can move out from streamyx but at the moment I am unable to do so,I do not have any alternative.got to stay for streamyx until my area offers P1.sigh!

I support your move. We should kick out Streamyx. Put them out of business ! My mom wants fixed tel line, so I have no choice but to stick with it! They have the worst ever customer service I have encountered in my whole life !!! Talking to them makes me splurt buckets of saliva and blood ! Even if TM Point opens 7 days a week (24 hours a day),it makes no difference coz these people don't attend to our complaints. To put it bluntly, they don't work. Just shift yr complaint from one CS to another and gets gaji buta.

ReplyDeletetm point拜六是全天候工作吗？半天的话，我也赶不及过去，更麻烦的是，streamyx是我名下，telekom电话线却是之前居住的同事名下，得要扰烦同事跑一趟咯！
